What is the Networking Realtor Blog

Lately my brainstorming sessions have come to me in the wee hours of the morning.  For instance, it is 3:14am right now, and I have ventured into my office to continue the brainstorming session by getting drafts set up for upcoming blog/vlog/live posting ideas.  

My first Networking Realtor post was titled Who is Deana Fabiano and I gave you my bio of who I am, where I'm from, what I can help you with, etc..  Thinking about that this morning, I decided to extend out to cover the What, When, Where, Why and How of The Networking Realtor Blog.  This blog post will explore What is the Networking Realtor and how can I help you-Be a Reliable Resource.  

The Networking Realtor is about being reliable and resourceful

Buying or selling your home is a process.  As your Realtor, my job is to do what is in the best interest for you, my client and to help facilitate that process. 

I have a team of experts that wear their hats through the process.  Experts like a mortgage lender for the financial aspects and options, a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to ensure your single largest asset is protected properly, Home inspectors objectively looking at the health of your property, Escrow and Title officers making sure all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.  As your Realtor, I want to bring you the very best team to make the process as smooth as possible.  

Within that team, I want to bring you experts that I know and trust to handle what will always be the largest purchase you make at any given time.  

What can I do to be Resourceful for you and those you know

I want to bring you useful information that can be a resource for you and those you know who are looking to buy, sell, invest or explore your dreams of homeownership.  I think the best resource to give is information and reliable referrals to help my family, friends and clients make wise decisions about real estate.  So in addition to the Networking Realtor Blog that I plan to keep full of helpful information, here are some other resources that will be coming to you.

• Educate-Knowledge is power, when armed with the power of knowledge about a subject, I know we can accomplish great things.  I want to educate you as much as you educate me.  I want to bring you the answers to your questions.  'What is my home worth?", "How did you come to that figure?", "What are closing costs?" "Why do I have to sign all this paperwork?" "Why do I need to do an inspection?" What are contingencies?" • Inform-The resources, data and tools available to not only Real Estate Professionals but to everyone is ENORMOUS.  Data is everywhere you turn.  Our social media feeds are full of analysis of various data and it is presented to you in a pretty little meme, and you hit the 💗 and scroll to the next pretty little meme of data.  As a Realtor, I have access to amazing tools and reports that give you the most accurate and up to date information  And in this ultra fast-paced, record-breaking, lowest inventory we've seen in many years market; having a resource with access to that data at her fingertips and wanting to share it, will keep you informed to make the best decisions about Real Estate.  #askmeanything  Leave a comment, send me an email, text me, call me up, set up a Zoom, Google Meet, get coffee and drink...dinner...pick you way to help me inform you.

So here's my BIG ASK for today

Who do you know that is renting an apartment, condo or house and their rents are going up and up to the same cost as a mortgage?  My big ask is for you to introduce them to me so I can help them know their options about breaking the renting cycle and paying their own mortgage instead of someone else's even if they say to you...'I don't have the money to buy a house.'  These are the exact people I want to meet today, tomorrow or this week.
