When is a good time to talk to me about Real Estate

Ah yes, the 'When' in Who, What, When, Where, Why and How of the 5 W and H questions.  I love this approach to addressing any project you undertake and Real Estate is a project.  Based on what you know, what you don't know and what you think you know can make this a fun and exciting project or a completely miserable one.  My first home purchase I made in my 20's was a miserable one for me.  And after sharing my first time home buyer story, (to come in a later blog-don't want to scare anyone off just yet)

I came to the realization, I never talked to anyone about Real Estate before making that purchase.  I never sought out advice or asked questions in order to gather the facts I needed to render an informed decision about the project I was about to take on.  I was extremely naïve and at a very weird place in my life.  And even while going through the process of purchasing my first home, I never realized when I should have talked about Real Estate and it was for sure often and now..right at that exact time if not sooner.  I think I could have saved myself from not having such a bad experience but more of a learning one.

When was a good time to talk about Real Estate for me?  ASAP.  I needed information, I needed to know what I didn't know, understand what I thought I knew and clear out the incorrect information or preconceived notions I had about Real Estate.  So now I pose the question to you, my friends in the blogsphere..When is a good time to talk to me about Real Estate??  The answer is not yes or no or when you are ready.  The answer is often and now.  It's like the slogan says., 'You've got questions, we've got answers.'

There are so many topics to talk about when it comes to Real Estate both on a personal and business level.  Yes, business...Real Estate is my business.  Just like when I had a retail shop in Downtown Pomona all those years ago, I am a Small-Woman Owned Business and very proud to serve as a professional resource, a guide through the maze of terminology and do what is in YOUR very best interests at all times when you are my client.

The answer to that question is YES, absolutely!!  Let's close those rings on our fitness app.  But one question I always like to get is...Deana, how's Real Estate these days?  I can answer that questions with a plethora of adjectives, feeling words, curse words, you name it.  But after that enjoyable opening exchange, let's dive deeper into what you want to know.  Please drop a comment on what YOU want to know.  I will respond in a general sense but will reach out to have a more personally conversation with you to address your individual needs.  Again, it is my duty to you as my client to represent you in the most ethical and professional way.

So Deana...when can we connect to talk about Real Estate?   I'm so glad you asked.  Let's get coffee on Saturday morning at 9am, or let's get on our sneakers and walk around the neighborhood you think might be where you would like to live, plus we can walk by that new listing to check it out on Thursday evening at 5:30pm.  Ahh man, my Tuesday is a packed but let's set up a Zoom, I have a break in my day from 1:45pm to 3:00pm..do you have any time available then?  Shoot me a text, email me or even more daring, give me a call.

How you can get a hold of me?  Here are all the ways and remember the 'When' is often and now.  I would love to hear from you and I hope you will love to hear from me too.  Communication is a two way street.
